jl003 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jl003," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jl003 online gaming platform accessible at jl003.cam and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jl003 platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Platform" means the jl003 website, mobile interface, and all gaming content hosted thereon.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. jl003 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time using KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in Account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party.
• Notify jl003 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared devices.

jl003 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security. Any transactions made using your credentials prior to your notification of compromise will be considered valid.

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. jl003 reserves the right to apply dormancy fees as permitted by applicable law, with prior notice sent to the registered email address on file.

All monetary transactions on jl003 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• GCash, PayMaya (e-wallets)
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank (online banking)
• 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier (over-the-counter)

Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) to three (3) business days. jl003 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before approving any withdrawal.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and vary by payment method. These limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account. jl003 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment processors.

jl003 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's details page:

• Bonus offers are available to players who have a fully verified Account in good standing.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each offer.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless jl003 explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused Bonus Funds that pass their expiry date will be removed from your Account without notice.
• jl003 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, including where abuse or manipulation is detected.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, jl003's decision shall be final.

All Games offered on jl003 are powered by certified game providers whose software has been independently tested for fairness and randomness. The outcome of each game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system.

By participating in any Game on jl003, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand the rules of the game you are playing before placing any wager.
• Game outcomes are final once the round has been completed. Technical errors, connectivity issues, or device problems on the player's end do not constitute grounds for reversal of a legitimate game result.
• In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a live game session, jl003 will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its internal dispute resolution procedure. Any winnings accumulated during a confirmed malfunction may be voided.
• Sports betting markets and odds are set by jl003 at its sole discretion. Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") will be voided regardless of whether they have been settled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jl003 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Registering on behalf of or allowing an underage person (under 21) to use your Account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or organized cheating.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities (money laundering).
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or promotional loopholes for financial gain.
• Creating or using multiple Accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jl003's platform software.

All content published on the jl003 platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, text, software interfaces, promotional materials, and audio-visual content — is the proprietary intellectual property of jl003 or its licensed third-party game providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, broadcast, or create derivative works from any jl003 content without express written permission from jl003.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl003 shall not be held liable for any of the following:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or opportunities arising from platform downtime, maintenance, or technical errors.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, advice, or content published on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit jl003's liability for death, personal injury caused by gross negligence, or fraud — as such exclusions would be impermissible under Philippine law.

jl003 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to jl003's collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl003 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and jl003 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

In the event of a dispute between you and jl003, we encourage you to first contact our Customer Support team to seek an informal resolution. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who believe a game or transaction outcome is incorrect must raise a complaint within fourteen (14) calendar days of the event in question. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

jl003 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
